Individualism PowerPoint Templates

Merely by gazing upon a small sample of these PowerPoint backgrounds will you easily conclude that the theme is individualism. There’s a hundred cylinder things there, and only one is blue. You can look at any particular scene, and identify with that downtrodden soul who is “different”, yet who has the strength to stand apart and yell “I am my own special creation“.

The blue colour makes a beautiful contrast with the plentifule white, but then the blue transmogrifies into… something else.

We all like money, right? Our designers are no exception. When they got the brief to create these dollar PowerPoint backgrounds, they accepted their mission with relish.

These backgrounds feature a pile of dollars on a chart or graph or something. What’s that supposed to symbolise? It looks a bit “corporate” to me. Is the message something like Improve your performance (measured by the graph) to generate more profit (the dollars)? The last template has some green dollars on it, and green is commonly used to symbolise money. Who knows what the meaning is? It was certainly beyond our monosyllabic designers to explain it to me, that’s for sure. I know I’m cruel. But I get better performance and more profit out of them by being so!!

Circle Segments PowerPoint Backgrounds

Following on from the success of our 3D rings PowerPoint backgrounds, we are proud to present: our illustrious Circle Segments PowerPoint Backgrounds. Our designers got hold of a 3D ring, sliced it up into different segments and then made the segments have different heights and colours. Muy facile! Not.

Each 3D segment is a different colour, and each picture is shot from a different angle. The later images use a wide lens to get more in.

To open up a background in PowerPoint, left click on it. You can then save the template to your computer, where you can amend it for your upcoming presentations.

3D rings are always a popular choice for PowerPoint backgrounds, so you can bet your last five pence that there will be more along soon!

The “bright idea” for this batch of PowerPoint backgrounds was the old cliché of an “idea lightbulb”. And, of course, our team of designers went mad with it. One lightbulb was not enough, oh no. And two weren’t either. Before we knew it there was a sinister looking herd (is herd the correct grouping?) of lightbulbs.

These backgrounds have been shot with the usual high quality you have come to expect from powerpoint-backgrounds.net. Our designers, being our designers, have shot the lightbulbs from every conceivable angle (and some inconceivable ones), too, so there should be something for everyone.

Clicking on any of the above images will open the corresponding background up in PowerPoint, and from there you can ctrl+s to save it to your hard drive. Change the template to fit your needs and then use it over and over again until your audience taps out.

Geometric PowerPoint Backgrounds

Geometric PowerPoint Backgrounds. Well, what would you have called this collection. We started off with “different level cubes” and thought that in some ways it said too little, and in others it didn’t say enough. Then we moved onto “abstract backgrounds”, but if we went down that road we’d be calling everything abstract.

So, we settled on “Geometric PowerPoint Backgrounds”. Precise enough to describe the current crop of backgrounds, but generic enough to use again on something very different!

Naming convention aside, these really are high quality PowerPoint backgrounds. We went mad trying to vary the different elements, so there are:

different levels of reflectivity
surfaces that are darker (absorb less light) than others
a variety of colours, but not too many. Don’t want people getting dizzy.
different things being reflected
changing camera perspectives

If these backgrounds don’t make you happy, then you’re just a curmudgeon.

Free Lightbulb PowerPoint Backgrounds

Get this: we spend hours of blood sweat and tears creating 3D lightbulb backgrounds, and then some bright sparks start asking for 2 dimensional lightbulb backgrounds! Some folk are never satisfied. Anyway, ask and ye shall receive, and here are some more free lightbulb PowerPoint backgrounds.

There are a variety of luscious colours with gradients on these backgrounds. Some are quite dark though, and will require that you use some light coloured text. We knew you knew that, we just like patronising you.

As usual, each of the thumbnail images above represents a different background and clicking on one will open it up – already inserted into PowerPoint – as a template. From there, you can do what you will; amend it how you see fit and use it (or them) in your upcoming presentations.

Christmassy PowerPoint Background

There is the question. Hot on the heels of our first Christmassy PowerPoint background, presented here is our sexy second for Christmas. OK, we have already given you some animated snowflake backgrounds, but those are moving images and this is a still one. We know you like smoooooth gradients in the background with starkly contrasting colours for the subjects in the foreground – and that’s precisley what we’ve given you. In still image form, of course.

Just look at the gorgeous green on this background. Say no more. Just download it (click on the image above, or the link), save it to your computer (ctrl+s) and amend it to your heart’s content. You can use it in all your forthcoming presentations, free of charge. We prohibit this background’s sale and publication on other websites, however. We don’t like rapidshare, filepost, megaupload, etc etc. Just use the image for your own school/education/presentation purposes and we’ll be happy. Cross over the line into self promotion or profit, and we won’t be happy. Blah blah.

Fractal Backgrounds

It’s Fractal Friday. Everyone seems to be loving the Fractal backgrounds, so here are 10 more. Our designers wheeled out a fractal tool they hadn’t used for a while, dusted it down and then let it loose on this post. That’s why these fractals look a whole lot different to these fractals.

Personally, I prefer the darker ones, but there you go; everybody’s different. Also, depending on the kind of presentation you’ll be delivering, either of the darker or the lighter ones might be more appropriate.

As is de rigueur with our fractal offerings, these backgrounds aren’t inserted into PowerPoint templates (like we do with our other backgrounds), because, well, we couldn’t be bothered. So, click on an image to open up the full size version, right click on it and select “save as” to save it to your computer. But remember kids: you’re not allowed to republish our artwork on other websites, or sell it.
